Data pipeline wise → I think we tested and proofed early the various service providers so that we can proceed quickly on the others.

Auth took a hit and actually disallowed use, not resolved yet.

File context sharing across multiple components after code splitting.

What would you do differently next time?

1. Deploy cloud instances for CPU intensive tasks
2. Look at inbuilt buffers to reduce time on STT
3. STT as an add-on rather than main feature

What went well?

App was deployed, albeit with issues in authentication. Early deployment in chunks is quick success.

Firebase was not unfamiliar due to previous experience.
